Refund Policy

REFUNDS

At GOLD SHOP, we want to ensure transparency and fairness in our refund process. Please read the following terms carefully before requesting a refund.

We do not issue refunds or replacements if a customer provides an incorrect shipping address.

Refunds are available only if the following conditions are met:

  1. Condition of Items – Products must be returned in the same condition as received, using the return label provided by our customer service team.

  2. Refund Request – Send an email to contact@goldshop.com including your name, order number, and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 7 days, subject to a 20% restocking fee.
After approval, please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

⚠️ Do not send your purchase back to the original shipping address. Always use the return label provided by our team.


RETURNED TO SENDER

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship the package once you pay a shipping and handling fee to cover the reshipment costs.

If you choose not to have the order resent, we will issue a refund minus original shipping costs, priority processing, or insurance fees, and a 20% restocking fee will also apply.

In some cases, returned packages are refused by the manufacturer, destroyed by the carrier, or lost in transit. If we do not receive the package back, we can offer a 50% store credit toward a new purchase.

If your address was entered correctly, we will reship the order to the same address free of charge. If you wish to change the delivery address, you’ll need to pay the shipping and handling fee.


ORDER CANCELLATION

All of our items are made to order, produced specifically for each customer at the time of purchase.
Because of this, orders can only be cancelled or modified within 12 hours after the order has been placed. Once this window has passed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.


CLEARANCE ITEMS

All products sold under the Clearance category are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Clearance items may arrive without original packaging, and no guarantees are made regarding their condition.


WARRANTIES

Our standard refund and replacement policy is valid for 7 days from the date your tracking information confirms delivery.
If more than 7 days have passed since receipt of your order, we’re unfortunately unable to offer a refund or replacement.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in our base prices.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer, as they vary by country and are determined by local customs regulations.
