Return and Exchange Policy
RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS
At GOLD SHOP, your satisfaction is our priority. We’ve designed a simple and transparent return and exchange process to make sure your experience is smooth and stress-free.
You may return or exchange an item within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in its original condition and includes all accessories, labels, and packaging. Please note that any request made after this period will not be accepted.
All returns, refunds, and exchanges for online purchases must go through our official process by contacting our Customer Support Team at contact@goldshop.com.
Please note that we do not accept returns or issue refunds due to a change of mind.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM

Send an email to contact@goldshop.com including the following details:-
Your full name

Order number

A photo of the defective or incorrect item

A brief explanation for the return or refund request

Request Review
Once your request is received, our customer service team will review it and respond within 24–48 hours. -
Return Label
If your request is approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label by email. -
Send Your Return
Pack the item securely using the provided label and drop it off at a UPS facility.
Important: Only use the return label provided by our team — do not send returns to the original shipping address. -
Processing Your Return
Once your package reaches our warehouse, you’ll receive a confirmation email. From there, we’ll proceed with one of the following:-
Refund: Issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Replacement: A new item shipped within 72 hours of receiving your return.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
If your tracking information shows the order as delivered but you haven’t received it, we must rely on the carrier’s tracking data. You’ll need to file a claim with your local post office and provide us with the claim ID for verification. Once the claim is validated, we’ll arrange a replacement shipment.
RESTOCKING FEE
A 30% restocking fee applies to all returned items across our entire product range.
